A Monday full of rainbows!
Me and the girls are having a girls day over at my place. I wanted to bake cupcakes so I invited them over to have a little fun and at the same time become more artistic in baking and decorating. We made everything from scratch, the bread and the frosting.
Here are the ingredients to the frosting:
Vanilla
Milk
Confectioner's Sugar
Food coloring of your choice.
Decorations of your choice.
Here are the ingredients for the vanilla cupcake:
2 1/4 Cups of flour
1/4 Tsp. Salt
3 Teaspoons baking powder
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup melted butter
3/4 Cup milk
2 Eggs beaten
1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
