14th Athens Fashion Week

Brazilian Eco-Fashion-Art Designer

She presented her collection "GUERREIRAS" (Defending Nature) at the Technopolis, Gazi during the 14th Athens Fashion Week on 28th October.

During the show there was a live performance by Malu Kyriakopoulou.

The music was stunning and the setting was simply breathtaking. Since the theme was "Defending Nature", the catwalk was surrounded by ivy which made the area more wild. Her collection however, was a tad different. The girls were made up in a war-like image whilst her collection was in light pallet colours, which made the scene more refreshing to the eye. 

It was an enjoyable show.

For the presentation of Spring-Summer 2012 Collections

«Keep Greek Fashion in your Hearts»

After five years and nine successful organizations, the 10th International Fashion Week, Athens Xclusive Designers Week will take place on 22-25 October 2011 at the Conference Center of Ethniki Asfalistiki.

«Keep Greek Fashion in your Hearts» is the main message of the upcoming event which, in addition to its "anniversary" character, this season it supports its goal and encourages the promotion of Greek fashion more than ever.

From its establishment until today, AXDW's goal is the projection of Athens as a city of fashion, while enhancing awareness for the local industry and supporting the work of Greek designers inside and outside Greek borders.

With the message «Keep Greek Fashion in your Hearts», AXDW invites professionals of the global fashion industry, designers, companies and organizations in order to participate in this endeavour.

Once again, AXDW will give the opportunity to those who will attend to see the work of acclaimed designers from Greece and abroad who will present Spring-Summer Collections 2012, and new talents of the design stage that will make their debut at the New Designers Awards.

Kathy Heyndels Athens Fashion Show

At Athens Hilton Hotel

A friend of mine invited me, Depo Jounanaki. One of the fashion designers in the house was one of her best friends, Yura Chu.

Here are some of the clothing line of the show.

The show was very interesting, there were some great designs and there were some that weren't as good as the others. After the show, we waited for some friends and took photos of our outfits...

Another Day into my life....

Here is what I call a gift from a friend!

A vintage camera given to me and Brownie.

Capturing photos with this camera means a lot due to the fact that it hasn't been used in a long time and that the images will be totally different from the digital cameras we have now a days.

It is funny how this thing is used, I don't even know how to take photos with it. Wish me luck with this vintage camera!

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!

Summer of June 6, 2011.

Me and the Girls just wanted a day full of laughter and happiness. We went out for a coffee, then we went shopping and scrolling around kolonaki square in Athens. We took various photos where we goofed off and did silly things. It was me, Sarah Scott, Anna Angus and Melodye Tzouriadou-Teske.

Here is Anna shopping at sephora looking at some make-up, trying them on and looking at nail varnish too.

This is Sarah looking at some colourful nail varnish for this summer. She wants it uber bright to stand out.

Here is Melodye, she wanted a modelling pic and trying on some make-up.

Putting on make-up at a clothes store in kolonaki seemed appropriate for them. As for me, I just wanted to take photos of them doing all that...

Loving this vintage pink car in the middle of the road! I added some kind of effect to the picture to make it more dramatic.
